Cllr Chris Wilcock declared a non-pecuniary interest in item 5.3 as a member of the St Albans School PTA.

Macclesfield Camera Club and St Albans School grant applicants spoke about their grants.
The meeting was then reconvened.

Resolved: The Grant was deferred until the grant applicant is able to attend the next finance committee meeting.
5.2 Macclesfield Camera Club
Resolved: The Grant was approved for £1,992
5.3 St Albans School
Resolved: The Grant was approved for £250.
Cllr Gilman also asked that the town council explore the possibility of expanding grant giving to schools. Cllr Gilman asked that it be looked into before a future meeting.
