Macclesfield Town Council planning committee are objecting to the above application as they feel it is overdevelopment for a HMO, going against Cheshire East Planning policy HOU4- Houses of Multiple Occupation due to its room sizes and layout.
The committee did want it noting that they welcomed the building being brought back into development.
