There was a question from the floor concerning the museum building in West Park, around what was happening to it as it allegedly contained mouldings of the Elgin marbles. Cllr Wilson responded that this would be a matter for Cheshire East Council as it was their asset and if the information could be passed to her she would look at it.
A representative from the Civic society suggested making more of an event of the town meeting that all the different groups could come to and tell each other what they do. The Mayor replied that this did happen on Heritage Day at the Town Hall.
