RESOLVED: That the minutes are approved as a true record of the meeting
4. Matters Arising From the Minutes
That the committee awaits details of the schools engaged with the Crucial Crew project previously awarded a grant by this committee.
5. Grant Applications
5.1 Hope Centre – Community Listening Service – £250
RESOLVED: That the grant application is approved
5.2 Wham – Winter Night Shelter – £1,883
RESOLVED:
- That the grant application is approved
- That the project is awarded £2,000 per year from financial year 2020/21 to be drawn from the Community Delivery budget line until further notice and subject to review

RESOLVED: That the spend of £61,841.27 is recommended to Council for approval
8. 2020/21 Budget Setting
RESOLVED: That the draft 2020/21 budget as circulated (version 8) is recommended to Council for approval and adoption.
